As part of Vetoquinol's "In Motion" strategy, Vetoquinol Canada's employees have launched an initiative to highlight the three-key elements of our strategy:
- - Capitalize on the strong potential of our teams
- - Consolidate our multi-specialist strategy
- - Innovate through biotechnologies and customer solutions
The concept incorporates inverting the traditional pyramid to adapt our culture, organization and work methods to the world and the expectations of today's employees. We want to offer everyone the opportunity to fully realize their potential in a stimulating and positive work environment that promotes pleasure and well-being.
The video editing came about through the involvement and creativity of in-house talent and features Vetoquinol Canada employees "In Motion", displaying keywords on billboards. Each brings their expertise and energy to form a whole, the whole entity that we - the large Vetoquinol family - are.
