Saskatchewan Stock Growers Association elects another Jahnke as President
Vetoquinol Canada Production Animals territory manager Shane Jahnke was recently elected to the position of President of the Saskatchewan Stock Growers Association (SSGA). Shane is the sixth member of the Jahnke family to have assumed this role over the course of many decades.
Shane works as the territory manager for Vetoquinol’s Production Animal Business Unit (PABU) for the province of Saskatchewan. He lives on the family farm “Jahnke Ranches” near Gouldtown, SK where he and his cousin Ben maintain a large beef cow-calf operation.
The SSGA has a very busy agenda for Shane to oversee, including everything from habitat conservation and environmental concerns, to governance and oversight of the SSGA board.
Vetoquinol Canada congratulates Shane for this prestigious appointment and wishes him a truly successful term as President of the SSGA. All the best to you Shane!
